1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by onedim.ai (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Company operates the website located at onedim.ai (“Website”) and provides the services described in these Terms.
The Service is intended for professional entities and is designed to support their business activities. By accessing or using the Website or the Service in any way, including by registering an Account, you confirm that: you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy; you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement with the Company; and if you are acting on behalf of an organization, you are authorized to bind that organization and make effective declarations on its behalf.

2. Definitions
Unless stated otherwise, the following terms have the meanings below:
Account – an individual user panel that allows the User to access and use the Service and/or the Website.
Agreement – a subscription agreement between the User and the Company that defines the scope and pricing of the Service.
API – the onedim.ai application programming interface that may be integrated into the User’s software.
Company – onedim.ai.
Content – any materials such as text, images, or other information that a Guest or User publishes, displays, or sends through the Website or the Service.
Device – any electronic equipment, such as a computer, phone, smartphone, or tablet, used to access the Website.
Guest – any entity browsing the Website without an Account.
Intellectual Property – all trademarks, inventions, designs, works, and other creative outputs protected by exclusive rights and owned by the Company.
Licence – a non-exclusive right to personal use of the API and/or Widget.
Link – a hyperlink leading to another website.
Mobile Device – a portable electronic device such as a smartphone or tablet used to access the Website and/or Service.
Notification – a message sent to the User as part of the Service.
Other Websites – websites other than the Website.
Password – the User’s confidential authentication credential for access to the Account, containing at least 8 characters.
Privacy Policy – the document describing how the Company processes personal data, available at https://www.onedim.ai/privacy.
Service – the Website, Widget, and/or API, depending on the scope defined for a given User under the Agreement.
Terms – these Terms of Service, available at https://www.onedim.ai/terms.
User – an entity that owns an Account.
Website – the webpages located at onedim.ai.
Widget – an onedim.ai widget that may be embedded into the User’s website.
3. General Rules
Use of the Service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply only to the relationship between the Company and the Guest or User. If the Website or Service includes services provided by third parties, those services will be governed by the terms of those third parties. All users of the Service and Website must use them only for their intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms.
To use the Website, your Device must:
- have Internet access; support one of the following browsers: Google Chrome, Opera, Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge;
- use a browser version that is no more than one year old; and have JavaScript enabled.
4. Account
You may create an Account through the Website by signing in with Facebook, Google, or by registering with an email address and password. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.
5. Communications
By creating an Account, you may choose to receive newsletters, marketing messages, promotional materials, and other information from us.
6. Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions
Any contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions offered through the Service or Website may be governed by separate rules. Review the relevant rules and our Privacy Policy.
7. Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are available only through paid subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Unless canceled, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You must provide a valid payment method together with accurate billing details.
8. Fee Changes
We may change subscription fees at our sole discretion. Any pricing change will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated pricing.
9. Refunds
Except where required by law, subscription fees that have already been paid are non-refundable.
10. Content
You are solely responsible for your Content, including its legality, reliability, and suitability. By posting or sharing Content, you represent that you own the Content or have the necessary rights to use it.
11. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service or Website in violation of any law; to send unsolicited advertising or spam; to impersonate the Company; or in any way that restricts or interferes with others’ use of the Service.
12. Analytics
We use third-party analytics providers like Google Analytics and Mixpanel to monitor and analyze the use of the Service.
13. Intellectual Property
The Service, Website, and original content remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. Use of the Service does not transfer any Intellectual Property rights to Guests or Users.
14. Copyright Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe Content infringes your copyright, please contact us at contact@onedim.ai.
15. DMCA Notice and Procedure
If you believe your copyright has been infringed, you may submit a DMCA notice to contact@onedim.ai providing the required information in writing.
16. Error Reporting and Feedback
By submitting feedback, you grant the Company a worldwide, perpetual right to use and commercialize the feedback for any purpose.
17. Links to Other Websites
The Company is not responsible for any damage or loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, any content, goods, or services available through third-party websites.
18. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE COMPLETE, SECURE, RELIABLE, ACCURATE, AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE ALSO DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE OR ITS SERVER WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS. ANY USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
19. Limitation of Liability
Neither the Company nor its officers will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service.
20. Guest and User Liability
Users are fully responsible for any authorized or unauthorized distribution of content made available through the Service.
21. Service Interruptions
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If a planned interruption is expected, we will provide at least 3 days notice.
22. Personal Data Protection and Security
We process personal data with due care as described in our Privacy Policy. The Company is not responsible for the protection of personal data belonging to the User’s customers.
23. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, including for violations of these Terms.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law rules.
25. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or restrict access to any part of the Service at any time, at our sole discretion and without notice.
26. Amendments to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after revised Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
27. Waiver and Severability
A failure by the Company to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. If any provision is found invalid, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms of Service and agree to be bound by them.
